Description
Target Audience: Aimed at all those who, not being or not considering themselves swimmers, are attracted to open waters and yearn to enjoy them in some way without having to go through swimming courses or training in a pool beforehand.
Description: A group outing to the beach and sea, and familiarization with open waters through individual and group aquatic exercises, basic swimming, and safety. For the peace of mind of the participants in this workshop, the waters should preferably be clear, but above all calm, so beaches with easy access to the water, sheltered areas, or accessible and shallow lakes will be chosen.
