Description: This comprehensive 2.5 to 3-day program introduces participants to the essentials of freediving, including breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and equalization skills. The curriculum encompasses both confined water sessions, focusing on static and dynamic apnea, and open water dives, where students practice disciplines like Free Immersion and Constant Weight freediving. By the end of the course, participants aim to achieve breath-holds of up to 2 minutes and comfortable dives ranging from 12 to 20 meters in depth.
